Brief Introduction of Foton Cummins

Foton Cummins Engine Co., Ltd. is a Joint Venture(China and USA), was founded in March 2008, located in Beijing. The investment of the project is more than two billion and seven hundred million RMB, with an annual production capacity up to four hundred thousand units, which is the largest commercial vehicle between Cummins and China, also the largest production base of light diesel engine in China.
The Cummins ISF2.8 and ISF3.8 series light inline four cylinder high pressure direct injection diesel engine is a new generation of electronic light diesel engine research and development by Cummins for future.
Since the Foton Cummins ISF series engine put into operation, with its world-class quality and performance, energy conservation and environmental protection advantages, and perfect fitted with many well-known domestic and foreign manufacturers, the light trucks throughout the global market, which occupy a dominant position in the high-end light diesel engine market. Up to now, Foton Omar, Ollin, JAC, Russian GAZ, Brazil Volkswagen Manchester, South Korea’s Daewoo bus has been successfully equipped with ISF series engine, from Euro III to Euro V different products to meet different needs of the market.
The ISF series engine power range 80-125 kW, peak torque up to 600 N.m, which power is the strongest, minimum weight and volume comparing with other similar products, meanwhile the products meet the Euro III, Euro IV and Euro V emission standards, which can easily meet the higher standard.
