Xi’an Cummins Engine Co., Ltd. is a Joint Venture(China and USA), was founded in December 2005, located in Xi’an City. Officially put into operation on August 8th, 2007, the annual production capacity is 50 thousand units.
Xi’an Cummins synchronization introduce the European and American markets technology model, produce Cummins ISM series 11 liters electronic heavy-duty diesel engine. The engine is the flagship power for heavy truck and equipment, targeting high-end heavy-duty engine field, power range 308-440 horsepower, can meet Euro II, Euro III, Euro IV emission standards, the global inventory is nearly 500 thousand units, average overhaul mileage over one million kilometer, total mileage over 300 billion kilometer, with the first-class reliability and durability after the test. The Euro III series engine has been in successful application in the European market over 10 years, mainly support for the world famous truck brand, like International Truck, Kenworth, PeterBilt, and Chinese brand like XCQC, Hongyan, Foton, Valin, Kinglong, Yutong, Ankai, JAC, LCK and XCMG as the world class idea power.
Cummins ISM series has good advantage on engine high torque at low speed, good fuel economy, strong power, and good maneuverability, low noise, can be widely used in the field of heavy trucks, large passenger cars, special vehicles, engineering machinery, generator set and so on, which is the ideal power for large passenger cars, heavy trucks, engineering machinery, cranes and special vehicle etc.
On October 15th, 2010, the 10000th ISM model 11 liter electronic diesel engine off the assembly line. Xi’an Cummins is not limited to occupy the domestic heavy truck market, but also began to export to the world, forming a service network based on South America, Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe to the global market.
